This is where you can create your own custom SMALL picatinny rail cover. The size of this cover is 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" or 35mm x 35mm.
Custom rail covers can take 6-8 weeks depending on demand and season. The size of this cover is 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" or 35mm x 35mm. There are a few ways we can have these rail covers made. If there are any questions on our end or a cover cannot be made with your submitted artwork we will contact you within 2 business days. Uploaded images work best in VECTOR. They do not have to be vector but the better the image the better the results will be on the cover. It MUST be a great resolution image to look good. We work closely with Custom Gun Rails, Inc. and place large bulk orders regularly. We wanted to provide this service to our customers to get the best pricing and fastest turnaround time possible.
The different methods of creating your rail cover include:
-Laser Engraved Aluminum. Laser Engraving is the fastest way of creating your rail cover. Your submitted image must be very good resolution to produce a good looking cover. Typically we can have it finished and ready to ship back to you in 7-14 days. There are instances occasionally where it may take longer. Please be patient as we will get it back as fast as humanly possible. Laser Engraving will produce a black and white image logo like the one pictured above with our AR Customs logo on it.
-Permodize. Permodizing the aluminum is a more complicated process and takes a little while longer. It produces full color images and logos and looks fantastic. Your submitted image must be vector or very high resolution to be done this way. Typically permodization takes 4-6 weeks. The cost is the same but turnaround is just a bit longer. We do see longer wait times on these due to the demand and limited production capability. 6-8 weeks is a possibility.
-Custom Text. We can order custom text covers as well. Upload an image of the text youd like or take a photo of a saying or quote. Either way we will be able to determine what you're after and will contact you to confirm. Custom text covers can be subject to additional fee if we have to create a photoshop text file. Usually $10-$20 depending on specifics. We will contact you to discuss and confirm.
Note: Shipment on orders containing custom images or text may take up to 4 weeks. We will size the text to fit the rail cover unless you specify otherwise. Please double-check grammar, spelling and punctuation. No refunds allowed on custom orders.
Our large Laser Engraved Aluminum (LEA) rail covers are made of high strength, abrasion and solvent resistant thermoplastic bonded with a hardcoat anodized, laser engraved aluminum insert. The anodization process prevents the image from chipping, cracking or peeling.
They are secured on your rail using two side tension screws that apply pressure to two locking tabs (we throw in an allen wrench with every order). There is absolutely no metal to metal contact. This prevents heat transference and damage to the rail. The large LEA’s measure 1 3/8" x 1 3/8" (35mm x 35mm) and weigh about 17 grams (that’s about as much as three nickels). Proudly made in the U.S.A.
The patented snap on/slide on clamp allows you to easily attach your CGR rail cover anywhere there is space available without having to remove position sensitive accessories. All CGR products have been designed for placement flexibility, minimum obstruction and unparalleled durability. They fit on any mil-spec 1913 rails, including paintball and airsoft guns.

I sent them an order for a small cover with the Chi-Rho (first two letters in Greek for Christ and the image Constantine put on his army's shields), so they didnt have this stock. I sent an image and they executed it flawlessly.
